Toasted Salted Pecans

• 1 pound of halves (Durden Pecans are conveniently packaged in one pound bags!!)
• 2 Tablespoons oil
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• Salt to taste

Melt oil and butter together on a cookie sheet in a 250 degree oven.  Mix in the pecans and salt.  Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.  These are wonderful!!
