Drizzle over sliced tomatoes or salad greens
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup chopped Georgia pecans
In a mixing bowl, combine basil and lemon juice. Whisk in oils and season with salt and pepper to taste. At the last minute, fold in pecans. Serve over sliced tomatoes or salad greens. Yields 1 cup.
